Agassiz and Harrison are a straight run over the Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge from us — close enough that the farm trucks out there are already regular work. Dirty Details has been on Yale Road in Chilliwack since 2020, and the vehicles we like best are the ones that have been earning their keep in a field.
Two different jobs come off that side of the river. There's the working end — farm trucks, quads-in-the-box haulers, anything that spends its week on gravel between fields. And there's Harrison, where the vehicles come home full of lake sand and visitor miles. We do both, by appointment, and we can deliver the finished vehicle back.
Agassiz: dust is a season, not an event
Corn and hop country produces a specific kind of filth. Field dust is fine enough to get past door seals and into the vents, so it doesn't just sit on the dash — it lives in the cabin and blows back at you every time the fan comes on. Silage, hay and feed track in on boots and stay in the carpet. In wet months the same roads that made dust make a clay-like mud that dries into the mats like concrete.
Then there's the gravel. Side roads and yard approaches coat the lower panels, wheel wells and the back of the vehicle in a film that a drive-through wash smears rather than removes.

Harrison: sand, tourists and the lakefront
Harrison Hot Springs runs on visitors, and it shows in the vehicles. Beach sand from the lagoon and the lakefront comes back in every footwell. Anything that works the tourist season — a shuttle, a service vehicle, a rental hauler, a resort staffer's daily — racks up short trips with wet feet, spilled coffee and constant in-and-out.
If your vehicle is part of how visitors see your business, a proper detail is a cheap presentation upgrade. If it's your own and it's just been buried in a summer of lake days, same fix.
We quote farm vehicles on sight, and we mean it
The reason we don't publish a flat price for a farm truck is that the range is absurd. Two vehicles, same make, same year, one needs a solid interior detail and the other needs an afternoon before it looks like a vehicle again. Send a couple of photos when you book and we'll give you a real number rather than a surprise at pickup.
Interior details are $325, exterior $250, and the Complete Detail — inside and out in one booking — starts at $425 and saves you $150. Heavy soil, odour and seat extraction come on top and are always quoted before we start.
Over the bridge and back
Drop it off at the shop, or arrange delivery back once it's finished — plenty of people out that way would rather not make the trip twice. We're appointment-only so the vehicle gets a proper block of time. Book online or call (604) 845-4060.
Common Questions
Do you take farm trucks from Agassiz?
Yes — rural and farm vehicles are a specialty, not an exception. Field dust, dried mud, hay, feed and the smells that come with them are normal work for us. We quote the heavy ones when we see the vehicle.
Can you get dust out of the vents and dash?
Yes. Fine field dust gets past the seals and settles into vents, seams and trim, so it gets addressed directly as part of an interior detail rather than wiped over.
Do you serve Harrison Hot Springs too?
We do. Harrison vehicles come to us full of beach sand and short-trip mess, and it's the same interior, exterior and complete detailing — $325, $250, and from $425 for both.
Do I have to drive it back myself?
Not necessarily. We can deliver the finished vehicle back to you. Mention it when you book so we can plan the day around it.
How bad is too bad?
We haven't found the line yet. The worse it is, the more there is to bring back — that's the whole point of the shop. Send photos with your booking and we'll tell you exactly what it'll take.
